How does the AI Agent work?
The agent picks up tickets from your backlog, reads your repository, drafts a patch, runs your test suite in an isolated sandbox, and opens a pull request against your branch. Nothing merges without a human review.
Can I bring my own AI provider?
Yes. Osillation supports Anthropic direct, AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, and GCP Vertex. Wire your own API key and we route the agent through it. You pay your provider; we never proxy your tokens.
What happens when I exceed limits?
We notify you well before you hit a cap. On Pro, you can upgrade to a higher run tier or pause the agent. We never silently overage-bill you.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from settings. Your data stays exportable for 60 days after cancellation, then it is purged.
How does billing work for half-onboarded orgs?
Only active users count. Invitations that have not been accepted, deactivated accounts, and seats sitting idle for 30 days are not billed.
